Colours: They are available in blue and yellow, with the option for customized colors. Yellow sticky traps are widely used for monitoring pests such as aphids, whiteflies, and leafminer adults. Additionally, thrips exhibit a strong attraction to the bright blue color of specific sticky traps.
Application: When deployed in fields, these yellow and blue sticky traps attract insects, which, upon striking the sheets while in flight, become trapped on the adhesive and are subsequently eliminated.
The effectiveness of these traps varies based on factors such as pest population, ambient temperature, wind speed, and dust levels, making them single-use items with a variable lifespan in the field.
